Why technical drying on site?
Screed, plaster and masonry release large amounts of water into the air as they dry. Without dehumidification the humidity stays high and it takes weeks until the next trade can start. A dehumidifier continuously pulls that moisture out of the air – so the schedule becomes predictable.
- Screed ready sooner for tiles, parquet or vinyl
- Plaster and filler dry evenly, paint adheres better
- No mould in freshly renovated, closed rooms

Frequently asked questions
Does someone need to empty the tank on site?
No, if you add a condensate pump. The water then drains straight away through a hose.
How many units do I need?
As a rough guide: one TTK 170 ECO for up to 90 m², one TTK 570 ECO for up to 220 m². With fresh screed or a lot of plaster, plan generously – we advise based on photos and a floor plan.
Can you measure whether the screed is ready?
We measure air humidity and surface moisture. The binding CM test before laying floors is usually done by the flooring contractor.
