Why fast drying matters so much in Mallorca
01
Mould comes quickly. If moisture is left standing, mould can start to grow within 24 to 48 hours.
02
Natural stone holds water. Thick marès walls dry out very slowly on their own – often over months.
03
Empty houses in winter. Damp winters and closed shutters: damage often goes unnoticed for weeks.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the drying?
No. With a condensate pump the water drains away directly; we check regularly and send you photos on WhatsApp.
Will my insurance pay for the drying?
For insured water damage from a leak, usually yes. Our moisture report provides the evidence insurers ask for. Best to confirm cover with your insurer first.
How much does it cost to hire a dehumidifier in Mallorca?
From €15 per day or €105 per week for the Trotec TTK 105 S, plus €99 for delivery and collection anywhere on the island. All prices exclude 21 % IVA.
How quickly can you be there?
Tell us how urgent it is and we'll give you the earliest slot. With the express option we deliver within 24 hours, at weekends too.
How long does drying take?
Depending on the damage and the building, usually one to three weeks. After the first readings we'll tell you what to expect.
What about the electricity cost?
The units run on the property's supply. We check the contracted power beforehand so nothing trips, and give you an idea of the consumption.
Do you offer terms for property managers and trades?
Yes. For regular work we offer fixed prices, billing per property and priority availability.
